Here’s Java EE lead Roberto Chinnici giving a talk on the enterprise platform at JavaOne today. Java EE is being “rightsized,” apparently, which means that the platform is being reduced in size, something that nobody can object to. Still, doesn’t anyone remember when “rightsized” was the euphemism of the moment for companies firing people to reduce costs?
