A jury finds Joseph Nacchio guilty on 19 of 42 counts of insider trading

Joseph Nacchio, the former CEO of Qwest Communications, was found guilty of 19 counts of insider trading Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported.

But the jury, after six days of deliberations, found Mr. Nacchio not guilty on 23 out of the total 42 counts of insider trading.
