Exit comes four months after acquisition NEW YORK – Pivotal Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bo Manning said Monday he has left the company and been replaced by four-year Pivotal veteran Divesh Sisodraker, who most recently served as the company’s chief financial officer.Manning’s departure comes four months after Hong Kong-based Chinadotcom Corp. completed its acquisition of Pivotal, which makes midmarket CRM (customer relationship management) software. Chinadotcom recast the struggling developer’s technology as a component of Chinadotcom’s broader ERP (enterprise resource planning) suite, which the company sells worldwide but targets at the Asia-Pacific market.Manning, who joined Vancouver-based Pivotal in late 2001, initially said he would stay with the company after the acquisition. Instead, he will move to New York and take over the CEO position at Orchestria Corp., a four-year-old maker of corporate information-policy compliance software. Sisodraker has taken over responsibility for the operations and strategic direction at Pivotal, which continues to operate out of Vancouver as a subsidiary of Chinadotcom.
