IBM, Scapa, ImmuniCode tout wares

IBM, Scapa Technologies, and ImmuniCode are undertaking varying efforts to boost software development tools, ranging from improving voice capabilities to accommodating the Eclipse Hyades Project.

IBM on its alphaWorks site is previewing technologies to be added to its Voice Toolkit that are intended to narrow the gap between a call center’s business and technology needs.
