LOOKING TO BOOST its Human Capital Management application segment, PeopleSoft on Wednesday announced it acquired Teamscape, an LMS (learning management system) provider based in Burlingame, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. PeopleSoft said it plans to include Teamscape’s LMS technology in its forthcoming PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning solution, slated for release in the fourth quarter.
