Roscitt spent 28 years with AT&T MCI has hired Richard Roscitt, former president of AT&T Business Services, as its president and chief operating officer, it said Wednesday.Roscitt joins MCI after two years as chairman and chief executive officer of ADC Telecommunications. Prior to moving to ADC, Roscitt spent 28 years with AT&T, MCI said in a statement.Currently a member of the board of directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), Roscitt is also a member of the Associates Committee of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association and a CEO member of the The Technology Network, or TechNet, a network of CEOs pushing for government policies to boost the “new economy,” MCI said.
