Ellison no longer chairman

After a management shuffle, senior executives at NetLedger have new titles and Larry Ellison is no longer chairman at the online business application provider.

NetLedger co-founder Evan Goldberg dropped his chief executive officer role and title to become CTO and chairman of the board, while Zach Nelson, who was president and chief operating officer is now president and CEO, NetLedger said in a statement sent via e-mail on Wednesday.

Ellison, chairman and CEO of Oracle and majority stakeholder in NetLedger, remains on NetLedger’s board, but is no longer chairman, NetLedger said.

NetLedger in San Mateo, Calif., sells online applications that help small and medium-size companies manage their business. The company, founded in 1998, claims to have over 6,000 customers. The Oracle Small Business Suite is perhaps its best known product.
