STORAGE NETWORKING COMPANY CNT on Wednesday announced that it has acquired London-based Bi-Tech Solutions, a provider of storage management services. The acquisition fortifies CNT’s Storage Solutions organization, according to CNT representatives in Minneapolis. With the deal, CNT picks up Bi-Tech’s line of integrated storage products, which include consulting, implementation, and managed services for both hardware and software. CNT also gains BI-Tech’s staff and operations in the United Kingdom and Sweden, according to CNT.
