Web services platform also integrated with HP OpenView

AmberPoint on Tuesday announced it is adding Java Message Service (JMS) support to its Web services management platform. New releases from AmberPoint are intended to address a need for reliable, asynchronous transport characteristics for SOAP processors and greater system-wide performance for Web services environments, the company said. The company also announced it is integrating its Web services management solutions with the Hewlett-Packard’s HP OpenView Operations for Unix and HP OpenView Operations for Windows systems management products. The integration will enable bi-directional communication between HP OpenView and AmberPoint, enabling centralized monitoring of information systems, including Web services components.
