Compaq CEO received over $16M after merger Carly Fiorina, chief executive officer of Hewlett-Packard, received a bonus of almost $3 million on top of her $1 million salary in HP’s fiscal year 2002, according to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.Fiorina has earned the same salary for the past three years, but received no bonus in fiscal year 2001, and only $1.8 million in fiscal year 2000, according to the filing.
