Also featured is RCov code coverage inside the IDE. RCov is a code coverage tool for Ruby. In addition, version 3.0 has an improved code editor with support for languages such as LESS (Leaner CSS) and SASS (Syntactically Awesome Stylesheets), which offer alternative syntaxes for writing CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). LESS and SASS allow for reuse of stylesheet fragments, said Dmitry Jemerov, JetBrains development lead. “They allow [developers] to reuse fragments of stylesheets easily, which helps keep the stylesheets concise and easy to modify,” said Jemerov.
