<strong>When I started thinking about writing this blog, my initial thought was, "What will it be about?"</strong> Enterprises need to understand both what's going on with the social media landscape (trends and such), but once you understand the trend, the next question is: "What does that mean to me/us?"

When I started thinking about writing this blog, my initial thought was, “What will it be about?”

Enterprises need to understand both what’s going on with the social media landscape (trends and such), but once you understand the trends, the next question is: “What does that mean to me/us?”

So, they also need to get real-world information, from someone who helps businesses with the ins and outs of social media everyday, about best practices, techniques and strategies.

So, why not do it all?

And, thus this blog, Social Media 360 was born. The full view. The whole picture. 360.

I also wanted to be careful not to drift into too much Facebook/MySpace talk – just the facts for businesses (although there are salient business imnplications for those services).

And, thus the tag line “Less Facebook, More Business”.
