According to SD Times, the Software Freedom Law Center (SFLC) announced that it has reached a settlement with Monsoon Multimedia over its violation of the GPL. Monsoon had been distributing software from the BusyBox open source project without fully complying with the GPL license terms. According to the settlement, the lawsuit has now been dismissed.
