I love Google alerts, because I can figure out who's reposting or linking to this blog, and get some new perspectives. Typically they are "Dave says this, isn't it great?" Or, "Dave must love our product because he says this." However, there was a large, somewhat grumpy reaction from my "Should you fire..." posting on December 4th.
