Although Ed Foster, the host of this blog and its predecessor print column at InfoWorld, died on July 26, his legacy of helping users right the wrongs of poor service, broken promises, and questionable conduct continues. InfoWorld is seeking someone to carry on Ed’s noble mission.Until we find the right person to carry on Ed’s legacy, we ask his readers to keep collecting the gripes they experience and share them with us, and other readers.
