Next week LinuxWorld Boston will be hosted at the Boston Convention and Exhibits Center. It’s a great chance to pick up on the thread of troubleshooting Open Source stacks. There are several tutorials and talks at LinuxWorld that you probably will want to check out if you’re working with Open Source technologies in your data center. Here are some of the sessions I’ll be attending.1. Patrick McGovern will be conducting a Hands on Lab on Working with Log Files. 2. Alan Boda will be presenting a detective’s delight, finding the root cause of a Linux system crash. 3. Anil Vasudevan and Kevin Cassidy of Intel are covering a cool new way to optimizes the data movement across all elements of the server including the CPU, chipset, network controller, and operating system software. 4. James Schweitzer of IBM’s Global Services will be discussing Linux Enterprise Provisioning, Management, and Monitoring. 5.
