I'm listening to the keynote at Java Pro Live, Lee Nackman, VP, Product Development and Customer Support, IBM Rational. He did a good job describing the transition from a world where processes are internal to an organization...now moving out to other organizations, such as partners, suppliers, and customers. Thus, we need to learn how to share, and we need to change IT to adapt to that concept.
