We’ve talked about this before so I won’t dwell on it here, but clearly we are heading to a day when many of the enterprise software services will be consumed from outside sources, or what I call outside-in Web services. Chances are some of this is already going on within your organization; it’s time to formalize this effort. The gains to the bottom line will be very easy to define.
