Jitterbit Enterprise Cloud Edition integration platform is available on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud

Integration services provider Jitterbit is taking its technology to the cloud. The company on Wednesday announced Jitterbit Enterprise Cloud Edition, a cloud-based version of Jitterbit’s integration platform that runs on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).

“What Jitterbit provides is we focus on simplifying common integration processes, specifically data and application integration,” said Ilan Sehayek, CTO of Jitterbit. With the cloud offering, customers can provision Jitterbit via the cloud.

Jitterbit presented an example in which customer AWPRx, a pharmacy management provider, connects its Salesforce.com deployment third-party data from pharmacies, providers, and insurance companies.

Jittberbit offers connectivity to more than 250 major databases and applications, the company said. The cloud edition can serve an unlimited number of users and connections.

Jitterbit Enteprise Cloud Edition is available now, with prices starting at $799 per month. A 30-day free trial is available.
